| 构建社会主义和谐社会是一场史无前例的伟大社会实践。在一定意义上，和谐社会构建根本上是要实现人与人之间关系的和谐，也就是要实现社会各阶层关系的和谐。和谐社会的构建与合理的阶层结构形成是相辅相成的，和谐社会构建要实现社会成员关系的融洽，这要求社会的阶层结构合理有序，合理的阶层结构又是和谐社会实现的必要条件。 |

| Constructing socialism harmonious society is an unprecedented social practice. To some extent, harmonious society construction aims to realize harmony between people, to realize harmony between different stratums. Harmonious society construction supports stratum structure because harmonious society realizes harmony between social members, which requires that stratum structure is reasonable and ordered, and reasonable stratum structure is the necessary condition to realize social harmony. |
