| 发展内陆开放型经济是重庆市为实现“314”总体部署作出的重大战略决策，大力发展会展业可促进内陆开放型经济的发展。重庆已经基本具备建成“西部国际会展之都”的条件，要明确会展业发展的战略定位，确立会展业发展的重点，制定促进会展业大发展的保障措施，推动会展业向专业化、品牌化、集团化、国际化方向发展。 |

| Developing in-land open economy is an important strategy for realizing 314 plan, and developing conference and exhibition can promote in-land open economic development. Chongqing already has the condition for building western international conference and exhibition capital so that strategy position of the development should be correct, selecting development focuses of conference and exhibition industry should be conducted, measures for developing conference and exhibition industry should be made, and international conference and exhibition with characteristics, brand and group should be the developing direction. |
