| 围绕其建立形成的礼仪规范和价值体系——"贡制",是贯穿中国封建社会始终的重要脊骨。西南与南部的少数民族众多,在历史上多被冠以"蛮"、"夷"的概称,它们在很早时期就展开了与华夏皇权间的朝贡活动。唐朝国力强盛,诸夷宾服,盛唐时期,与中国建立朝贡关系的多达"七十余番"。故是出现"蛮琛夷宝,踵相逮于廷"、"四仪大小君长争遣使入献见,道路不绝,每元正朝贺,常数百千人"的兴盛场面。在当时的唐朝,经济、文化交流有乱花渐欲迷人眼的繁杂缤纷,但是都被一"贡"字强势地掩盖住了。尽管唐朝时期的"封贡"在数量空间上有了惊人的膨胀与延伸,从地理与文化心理上来说,它仍然是华夏中心意识的巩固和延续。 |
