| "Tongdela" is the customary law of Jingpo nationality.The ordeal of "Tongdela" occupied important position once in the mechanism of resolving dispute of Jingpo nationality society.This article has analyzed the cause of the ordeal of "Tongdela" coming into being,its types and characteristics,then commented it objectively in order to reproduce the function which maintained the social order at that time. |
