| Charitable cause is complement to the social security system and is the third income distribution form of a society. Its development can make up the lack of social security, promote the traditional Chinese virtues, raise the level of civilization and social morality, and have far-reaching significance. So, China should take the advantage of charity cause development to take measures so as to promote healthy development of Chinas charity cause. |
