| 经济全球化的推动，区际经济交流日渐频繁。以资本流动为主要形式之一的生产要素区际流动必然促进投资活动的深入。招商引资者能否有效吸引投资，关键在于引资区域能否塑造良好的投资环境，与其他区域相比是否具有较强的投资环境竞争力。在构建区域投资环境竞争力概念框架和指标体系基础上，运用层次分析模型和yaahp 0.4.1 AHP分析软件对7个省（市）投资环境竞争力进行评价，据此提出优化区域投资环境、提高区域投资环境竞争力的对策建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| Propelled by economic globalization, regional economic communication has been gradually prevailing. The regional flow of productive elements, with capital flow as one of the primary forms, certainly advances the development of investment. Whether the investment will be well promoted lies in whether an attractive investment environment has been built up, as well as its competitiveness compared with other regions. The thesis firstly establishes concept structure and index system of competitiveness of regional investment environment, and then applies AHP model and yaahp 0.4.1 AHP analysis software to evaluate regional investment environments of seven provinces(including a municipality )，in hope of offering countermeasures and proposals to optimize regional investment environment and promote the competitiveness of regional investment environment. |
