| 金融结构和金融效率是金融发展的两个主要因素，两者关系构成地区金融经济发展的具体内容。随着甘肃金融结构发展与问题并存、金融发展量性增长有余与质性发展不足的双重局面呈现，金融结构与金融效率的关系成为关注的话题和课题。通过剖析甘肃金融结构与金融效率现状，并实证研究两者的关系，可以弄清甘肃金融效率的提高与否可以作为金融结构优化合理与否的一个标准。研究发现，甘肃金融结构对金融效率的影响作用明显，并且基于功能演进的金融结构改革是甘肃整体金融经济发展的关键，而提高国家银行的服务职能则对提高金融效率有着重要意义。 |

| Finance structure and finance efficiency are two main factors of financial development, the relationship between them constitutes the specific content of both finance and economic development. Because of coexistence of both finance structure development in Gansu and some problems, enough volume growth but lack of qualitative development in financial development. The relations between financial structure and financial efficiency in Gansu become a hot topic. This paper analyzes the status of them and the empirical relationship between them and points out that whether finance efficience is raised can work as a standard to see whether finance structure optimization is reasonable. The research finds that financial structure plays a significant role in financial efficiency there, a financial structural reform based on evolution of features is a key for the overall financial and economic development in Gansu and improving the service functions of the national bank is important to improving financial efficiency. |
