| 本文立足总结回顾改革开放以来我国高校反腐倡廉建设，在考察历史进程主线的基础上，着重梳理了高校反腐倡廉建设取得的重大进展；立足建设人力资源强国对高等教育的要求，在总结高校反腐倡廉建设实践启示的基础上，着重对深化高校反腐倡廉建设战略性的认识，坚持以改革创新精神推进高校反腐倡廉建设的思路提出建议。 |

| This paper reviews construction of fighting corruption and fostering cleanliness in colleges and universities since reform and opening to outside world, analyzes the important progress in construction of fighting corruption and fostering cleanliness in colleges and universities on the basis of surveying historic thread, gives suggestions for deepening recognization of the strategy of construction of fighting corruption and fosterting cleanliness in colleges and universities and for using the spirit of reform and innovation to promote the construction of foghting corruption and fostering cleanliness in colleges and universities based on the requirement of constructing strong country with strong human resources and on summarizing the practice of th construction of fighting corruption and fostering the cleanliness. |
