| 科学发展观针对我国发展过程中一些领域和方面出现的发展不平衡问题，着力于实现经济社会又好又快发展，进一步提出了解决城乡、区域经济社会、人与自然发展的不平衡、不协调问题的新思路。从中国特色社会主义事业总体布局出发，着眼于建设富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化国家，要求我们科学地全面推进经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设，进一步完善了中国特色社会主义的发展道路，对于发展中国特色社会主义具有极其深远的指导意义。 |

| According to unbalanced development problems in some fields and aspects in China development process,in order to realize good and fast economic and social development,new solutions are put forward to the imbalance between urban and rural areas,between regional economy and society,between human beings and nature.Based on overall plan of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,in order to constuct a richer,more democratic,civilized and harmonious socialist country,we are required to scientifically and overall promote economic,political,cultural and social construction,further complete socialist developmental road with Chinese characteristics,which is of profound significance to developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
