| The authority of the law is to seek social equity and justice. The court is a symbol of equity and justice. The last value the judges seek is how to unite the legal results to social results by using power. Before the defendant's is supplemented, we should think over the relationships between many ways as fully as possible. Besides this, we should grasp properly the relationships between judicial powers and executive powers in order to make great efforts to form the harmonious society of socialism. |
