| 随着分工的深入，贸易范围的扩大和技术变革的演进，“技术”日渐成为国际分工和国际贸易发展的引擎。国际贸易理论发展的每个阶段都伴随着研究者对技术因素的考察，有关国际贸易与技术变动关系的研究更是推动了新增长理论与新贸易理论的发展。我国要想提升国际贸易的竞争力,引进先进技术、引进直接投资获取技术外溢效益、进行自主创新是必经的道路。 |

| With the penetration of division of labor, the expansion of trade, and the evolution of technological change, technology is becoming an engine for the development of international division of labor and international trade. Technology factors are studied at every stage of the development of International Trade Theory. Researches on the relationship between international trade and technological change improved the New Growth Theory and the New Trade Theory. In order to enhance competitiveness in international trade, China needs to perform independent innovation and to introduce advanced technology and direct investment to achieve technology spillover benefits. |
