| 商业贿赂严重损害高校声誉，直接危害高等教育的健康发展，治理商业贿赂专项工作要坚持以科学发展观为指导，将其列入党委行政的重要议事日程，纳入党风廉政建设责任制，从教育、制度、监督和惩处等方面着手，建立健全高校治理商业贿赂领导体制和工作机制，使商业贿赂行为不敢为，也不能为，从而促进高等教育健康、协调、快速发展。 |

| Commercial bribery has seriously damaged the reputation of college, and harmed the healthy development of higher education. We should adhere to eliminate commercial bribery under the guidance of the scientific concept of development., establish and improve the leadership system and working mechanism of management of commercial bribery from education, system, supervision and punishment. |
