| A.S.Byatt's Booker Prize winning Possession is both a modern novel and a high Victorian novel. It includes romance, poetry, mystery, Victoriana and modern university novel, parodies of feminist and Freudian criticism. The seemingly fragmented parts, especially the past and present are closely connected into a whole unforgettable and intriguing story by the construction of the cyclical time. |
