| 后乡土社会区别于传统乡土社会，有着与整个社会转型时期相应的特征，在这一形态下农民法律意识有着很大的进步，但农民法律意识距离现代化程度还相差很远。通过分析后乡土社会农民法律意识现代化的动因和阻力因素，整合各种社会因素，促进农村法治秩序的建立和整个法律的现代化。 |

Although the law awareness of farmers have great progress, t is still far from the modernization Through analysis of motives and resistance of modernization of the farmers，law awareness in latter local society, integrating various social factors to promote the establishment of legal order in the rural areas and the legal modernization. |
