| 发展是连续性和阶段性的统一。胡锦涛同志在党的十七大报告上把“建设中国特色的社会主义”这一概念表述为“发展中国特色的社会主义”，这一转变表明我们中国特色的社会主义事业已经进入到新的发展阶段。当然，发展中国特色的社会主义这一概念并不是对建设中国特色的社会主义的否定，而是要以发展来促进建设，在建设工作中突出发展的重要作用，在发展中更好地建设有中国特色的社会主义。建设与发展相互促进，最终目的是我们的社会主义事业稳步向前推进。 |

| Abstract: |
| Development is a unification of continuity and stages. President Hu jin-tao expressed “developing socialism with chinese characteristics”instead of “consrructing socialism with chinese characteristics ”as we usually mentioned on the 17th Report of Chinese Communist Party. This changing shows that our mission of improving socialism with chinese characteristics comes to a new stage. Developing Chinese characteristic socialism is to promote constructing characteristic socialism rather than a negation of it;Meanwhile,we intend to outstanding the importance of development in constructing,and to construct better in developing chinese characteristic socialism. The Mutual Promotion of development and construction will lead our career of Chinese characteristic socialism approach to perfection. |
