| 当今世界，科技发展日新月异，经济全球化浪潮滚滚，国内改革开放不断深入，社会主义市场经济体制逐步完善，为我国高等学校的人才培养提供了难得机遇，同时也提出了严峻挑战。按照“教育要面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来”的要求，为适应高等教育大众化的需要，将封闭式的人才教育转向开放式的人才培养，已成为高等学校改革与发展的必然趋势。 |

| Nowadays, science and technology developes fast, economic globalization and the reform -and- opening policy goes forward .The socialist market economy system is being perfected. All these provide us a precious chance for higher education to train gualified personel. Otherwise, it is a tough challenge. According to the "education should orient to the modernization ,the world and the future", to meet the needs of popularization of the higher education and to advert the talents training model is an inexorable trend. |
