| 巴蜀地区酿酒源远流长，自古盛名。唐代巴蜀地区酒业兴盛，可以从如下三个方面反映出来：主要酒产地和酒品众多，其地理分布与当时巴蜀地区的经济格局大体一致；盛产各种黄酒和配制酒，并具有历史悠久、浓郁醇厚、清香滋润等特点；酒肆林立，饮宴盛行。唐代巴蜀地区酒业的兴盛，为如今独树一帜的巴蜀名酒打下了坚实的基础。 |

| The liquor business in BaShu Area, which is best known, has a long history. Prosperous liquor business in BaShu Area in Tang Dynasty, can be reflected by the following three aspects：First of all, there were many main areas which produced liquor ,as well as liquor’s varieties, and their regional distribution in accordance with its economic situation then; Secondly, the area produced a variety of yellow rice liquor and confected liquor, which features as age-old, full-bodied, fragrant, and so on;Last, liquorshops spreaded all over, and feast was very common in the area. The liquor business prosperity in BaShu Area in Tang Dynasty have laid a solid foundation for the present local distinctive wines. |
