论唐代巴蜀地区酒业

摘要:
巴蜀地区酿酒源远流长,自古盛名。唐代巴蜀地区酒业兴盛,可以从如下三个方面反映出来:主要酒产地和酒品众多,其地理分布与当时巴蜀地区的经济格局大体一致;盛产各种黄酒和配制酒,并具有历史悠久、浓郁醇厚、清香滋润等特点;酒肆林立,饮宴盛行。唐代巴蜀地区酒业的兴盛,为如今独树一帜的巴蜀名酒打下了坚实的基础。

On the Liquor Business in BaShu Area in Tang Dynasty

Abstract:
The liquor business in BaShu Area, which is best known, has a long history. Prosperous liquor business in BaShu Area in Tang Dynasty, can be reflected by the following three aspects:First of all, there were many main areas which produced liquor ,as well as liquor’s varieties, and their regional distribution in accordance with its economic situation then; Secondly, the area produced a variety of yellow rice liquor and confected liquor, which features as age-old, full-bodied, fragrant, and so on;Last, liquorshops spreaded all over, and feast was very common in the area. The liquor business prosperity in BaShu Area in Tang Dynasty have laid a solid foundation for the present local distinctive wines.
