| 法律援助作为一项保障社会弱势群体合法权益的重要工作。城市化过程中的失地农民得到了较为合理的失地补偿，但合法权益保护不足，不能够获得全面的法律保障。失地农民合法权益保护法律援助存在问题，需要引起足够的重视，以找出相应的对策措施来解决。 |

| Lawful aid is an important task for protecting legal rights of weak social group. In the process of urbanization, the land-lost peasants obtain relatively reasonable compensation, however, the protection of the legal rights of the peasants is not enough and the peasants can not obtain all-round protection by laws, thus, there are some problems in lawful aid to the protection of legal rights of land-lost peasants and the corresponding measures should be made. |
