| Flexile management is a brand-new management concept and is a kind of human-based management in its essence and is helpful to overcoming the defects of rigid pursuit of quantitative profit,which deviates from judgment value of education and which easily induces utilitarianism of education, and is suitable for organization character of the development of colleges and universities and for working character and personal character of the teachers of colleges and universities at present.Thus,this paper mainly discusses how to find the operation paths for flexile management in modern colleges and universities under the situation that rigid management mode still dominates. |
