| 中国与泰国都是TRIPS协议的成员,同属于农业国,地理标志产品多为农产品。另外,我国南部盛产水果和水稻的地区的自然条件也与泰国很相似。通过对中泰两国地理标志的定义、保护模式、申请注册、主管机关、特殊商品的保护等方面进行比较,从而借鉴泰国的先进经验,完善我国法律规定,提高地理标志保护水平。 |

| Both China and Thailand are members of TRIPS agreement and both belong to agricultural countries.Most of geographical indicator products are agricultural products,furthermore,the natural conditions in the south of China,which produces fruit and rice,is similar to that of Thailand.Comparison of definitions,protection mode,application,registration,administration,special goods protection and so on of geographical indicators between China and Thailand can perfect China's related laws and regulations and promote protection level of geographical indicators by learning advanced experience from Thailand. |
