| Han Fei and Malthus are typical representatives for advocating over-population in China and western countries respectively,and their theories are similar and have their own characteristics.The similarity and difference of the thoughts of the two show similar and different economic problems faced by different nations,and to some extent,reveal the specific culture and era spirit resulting from the population thoughts. |
