| Since 2003,the price of apartments of China rises rapidly,which become a difficult point in people's life.Although central government implements a series of adjustable and controllable policies in order to stabilize the price of the apartments,the effect is not obvious.Because the housing is related to people's life,stabilizing the price of apartments is of important significance to social stability and harmonious society construction.The price of apartments is possible to be stabilized from supply and demand of real estate market. |
