| 农民工已经成为目前社会中一个不容忽视的特殊规模群体,他们是我国经济建设的主力军。但是由于我国社会保障制度建设的滞后与缺位,广大的农民工群体仍处于社会保障的边缘地带。搞好农民工的社会保障工作,维护这一规模庞大的弱势群体利益,是构建和谐社会的重要内容。结合我国农民工群体的自身特点和社会保障现状,提出了完善农民工社会保障制度的几点设想。 |

| Abstract: |
| Peasant-workers have become a social group on scale,who should not be overlooked,and are main force in China's economic construction.Because China's social insurance system lags behind and has defects,the peasant-workers are still at the social border of social insurance.The main content for constructing harmonious society is to perfect social insurance of peasant-workers and to protect the interests of this large-scale group.Based on the status quo of social insurance and self-characteristics of the peasant-workers,this paper gives several ideas about perfecting social insurance system of the peasant-workers. |
