| 提高城市危机管理能力,已成为各级政府面临的重大课题.2007年夏季发生在重庆市的"特大暴雨洪灾"暴露出我国城市危机管理的诸多漏洞.构建有效的城市危机管理机制要从如下几点着手:完善危机管理的法律法规、设置专门的危机管理机构、重视与媒体和高校以及科研机构的合作、学习借鉴国外的经验. |
