| 我国刑法对单位犯罪的规制呈逐渐强化和扩张的态势.对单位犯罪的立法宗旨、单位犯罪主体的范围进行探讨,主张单位分支机构和内部职能部门、一人公司及私营企业在一定条件下可以成为单位犯罪的主体. |
