| 区域经济合作是目前世界经济中一个极为重要的发展模式,其中,中国与东盟之间的合作更是发展迅速。为了进一步推动中国——东盟自由贸易区的发展,应建立完善的争端解决机制。在分析《中国——东盟全面经济合作框架协议争端解决机制协议》特点的基础上,借鉴了欧盟、NAFTA中争端解决机制的相关规定,为完善中国——东盟自由贸易区争端解决机制提出一些建议。 |
