| Based on the guidance of public finance and on China s reality,this paper analyzes and discusses the scale and structure of public hygiene expenditure,holds that currently this expenditure scale is small and that the structure of this expenditure has many irrational characteristics and gives suggestions that the scale and structure should be properly adjusted in order to make the scale and structure accord with public character of public hygiene to meet the demand of the society. |
