| Since China implemented the policy of reform and opening to outside world,with the development of economy,the gap of income between urban and rural areas becomes bigger and bigger and becomes the obstacle of harmonious society construction.Chinese communists paid high attention to this issue,which can be revealed from the evolution from the Party s policy of efficiency first and then considering the fairness of income distribution to the policy of laying more emphasis on social fairness. |
