| Grain is a special goods and the vibration of the price of grain touches the nerve of national economic safety.The price of grain is very much concerned by all the people and is related to daily life of the people,as a result,the vibration of the price of grain is certainly to disturb the people.Thus,the basic method is to consolidate grain production in order to stabilize the price of grain. |
