| 针对我国普通高校学报办刊中存在稿件原创及精品少,定位不明确的主要问题,指出普通高校学报核心竞争力的构成要素主要体现在其区域性竞争力上,而其区域性竞争力的培育在于坚持学报的可持续发展理念,坚持资源的区域化及强化办刊特色,并可通过扩展资源、重视人才、管理创新来提升。 |

| According to the problems such as fewer original—data manuscripts and fine manuscripts and uncertain position and so on in the periodicals of general colleges and universities,this paper points out that the factors of the core competence of the periodicals of general colleges and universities mainly depend on regional competence,however,the cultivation of regional core competence lies in sticking to sustainable development idce,sticking to regional resources management,enhancing peri- odical-run characteristics,and promoting the characteristics by extending the resources,emphasizing the talents and management innovation. |
