| 人类交际有两种:语言与非语言交际,非语言交际指的是语言行为以外的所有交际行为,即非语言行为。语言行为与非语言行为共同形成交际的完整过程。而非语言行为在语言交际的过程中起着重要的作用.只有通过不断地观察和分析语言交际者的内在行为方式和语言交际的自然环境,以及各种非言语行为所表现出来的语言信息,才能够有效地提高语言交际的效果。 |

| The communication of human beings includes verbal communication and non—verbal com- munication,and non—verbal communication means all communication behaviors except verbal behav- iors.Verbal behaviors and non—verbal behaviors co—form the whole process of communication, however,non—verbal behaviors play an important role in the process of verbal communication.Only by observing and analyzing the intrinsic behavioral mode of verbal communicators and natural environ- ment of verbal communication as well as verbal information from all kinds of non—verbal behaviors, can the effect of verbal communication be practically promoted. |
