| Letter of credit has become a usual payment method and is widely used in international trade,however,because of the self—defect and character of letter of credit,letter of credit is used easily by the criminals to make fraudulent trading.Based on UCP600 as basic prineiple which will be implemented soon,this paper analyzes the basic cause for the fraudulent trading of letter of credit and gives its prevention measures. |
