| 社会主义市场经济中的工资是劳动的价格,是劳动价值的表现形式,它应当以劳动的价值为基础,应当通过竞争过程形成。这样才算揭示了社会主义工资的特殊本质,才算说明了社会主义工资是"和谐工资",进而才能说明和谐社会,相反,用劳动力价值范畴就错解了社会主义工资的本质关系,这样既不能说明"和谐工资",又不能说明和谐社会,反而会诱发社会冲突。 |
