| There are a number of special and differential provisions relating to developing countries under the WTO dispute settlement mechanism.But these legal provisions have limitation in many as- pects.Developing countries should make efforts to perfect these special and differential provisions, meanwhile,make full use of the current existing special and differential provisions. |
