| Stock is a written voucher which proves that shareholders have the rights to share dividend and responsibility according to their held shares.In modern times,with the entering of western share-system economy to China,Chinese modern advanced thinkers have certain understanding of stock which is an important component of share-system economy and have some good ideas.Analysis of modern stock economic thoughts from the angle of economics is helpful to guiding the healthy develop- ment of China modern stock based on history in order to serve modernization construction. |
