| While China's economic growth is rapidly increasing,the problems in financial and social in- surance expenditure level become serious,the problems such as small amount of China's financial and social insurance expenditure,slow growth,unreasonable structure,and so on.These problems result from the fault of governmental responsibility and social fairness and will have negative effect on eco- nomic development and social stability.These problems must be strategically solved by Chinese lead- ers. |
