| With the reforming of administration,administrative ethics,as a new science for studying public administrative ethics construction,become more and more focused by the international society. Currently,there are many reasons for administrative ethics,which are the influence of political reform and practice,international administrative ethics theoretic research tide,and the reflection and lessons of pro- ruption accidents and so on.Examining the reasons for the rise of administrative ethics is helpful to mastering the concept and whole logic of administrative ethics and deepening the understanding of its historic background and thought origin and is helpful to correctly evaluating its real and potential role. |
