| 新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》由教育部以规章的形式颁布,于2005年9月1日施行。新《规定》是新时期高等教育管理的重要规章,是当前我国高校学生管理的政策依据,同时也是我国高校学生管理制度创新的新起点。从实施情况看,各高等学校,对新《规定》的贯彻实施给予了高度重视,并已收到了显著效果,但同时也出现了一些不容忽视的问题,需要进一步改进和完善。 |

| New Student Management Regulation of Higher Learning Institutions of China, which was issued by China Education Ministry and which started to be implemented since September 1st, 2005, is an important regulation of higher education management at new era, is the basis for colleges and u- niversities to manage students and is a new initiative of institutional innovation of student management in colleges and universities. Based on the situation of implementation of the regulation, each college and university pays high attention to the implementation of new Student Management Regulation of Higher Learning Institutions of China, has achieved obvious success but has unneglected problems to appear, thus, the regulation needs to be further improved and perfected. |
