| 自从罗曼·罗兰的《约翰.克利斯朵夫》被傅雷先生翻译出来后,越来越多的中国读者为约翰·克利斯朵夫这一艺术形象所感奋已是不争的事实。笔者认为,这一艺术形象在以下两方面闪烁着夺目的光彩:一是其为艺术而战的大无畏精神,一是其对人类灵魂的无情的理性解剖。今天,重新审视这一艺术形象,对纠正以往的认识偏颇具有重要的意义。 |

| After Mr.Fu Lei translated Romain Rolland′s novel Jean—Christophe, the fact is that more and more Chinese readers are moved and inspired by the artistic image of Jean Christophe. The author thinks that this artistic image shines with every hue in two aspects such as the fighting spirit for art, and rational and merciless dissection of human soul. Presently, the reexamination of this artistic im- age is of important significance to correcting the wrong understanding of the novel in the past. |
