| Overseas investment insurance system is a kind of governmental insurance or the insurance of a country and, practically, is a systematic design that a country, as a form of"juridical person", solves the overseas political and diplomatic conflicts through economic methods. The countries, which export capital, have established their overseas investment insurance system in order to protect their o- verseas investment and to prevent political risk of the country which accepts the investment. |
