| 典当业改革开放以来,特别是进入新世纪得到了很大的发展。典当业作为一个历史悠久的老行业,焕发了新的生机,并不断地改变旧的形象,以自己行业的经营特点越来越吸引着人们的兴趣。在市场经济发展的今天,典当业发挥着越来越大的作用,并有其不可替代的白身优势。但是,由于习惯的思维定式、复兴的期限不够,当前典当业及其经营管理存在着五大缺陷;理论滞后、法律缺失、实践阻碍、规模不足、风险加大。面对着这些问题,典当业应朝看法制化、集约化、连锁化的方向发展。 |

| Since the reform and opening to outside world, especially, in new century, pawn—broking industry has made great progress. Pawn—broking industry, as an old historic industry, has new opportunity and changes it old image and attracts the interesting of the people by its business characteristics. In today′s market economy, pawn—broking industry plays more and more important role and has un—alternative self advantage. However, because of old thinking mode and insufficient rejuvenating time, pawn—broking industry and its business have five shortcomings such as theoretical back- wardness, legal shortcoming, practical barrier, insufficient scale and big risk. Facing the problems 0 pawn—broking in- dustry should be developed in legal, intensive and linking direction. |
