| During 1871—1910, Germany was at the height of the urbanization period, Germany′s eco- nomic and social structure had the remarkable change, meanwhile, a lot of social problems emerged. According to these problems, Reich Government took the measures timely to make a series of reform and innovation in the aspects of residence, social security, education and so on, so that the urbaniza- tion of Germany had been successfully promoted. |
