| 马克思的按劳分配理论是在大工业生产力基础上提出来的对于未来社会分配制度的一种设想,它必然会受到当时生产力水平的局限,不可能完全反映今日社会后工业生产力条件下的分配现实。但是,因此说它"存在""不足"是不正确的。分配形式会随着生产力的发展而变化。应当把马克思的按劳分配理论和当代现实相结合,得出新的结论,对现实中的按劳分配实践做出全新的理论概括。 |

| Marxism′s distribution according to work, which was put forward on the basis of large in- dustrial productivity, is a hypothesis of future social distribution, is necessarily restricted by produc- tivity at that time and is impossible to completely reflect the reality of the distribution in post—indus- trialization era. However, it is correct to say that the Marxism′s theory about distribution has short- comings. The distribution form is changing with the development of productivity. Marxism′s theory a- bout distribution according to work should be combined with modern reality to get new conclusion and to make new theoretical generalization. |
