| Under socialism market economy, the determination of wage should not violate Marxism labor commodity val- ue theory and the wage of the labor is still the measurement of the currency of labor force. Meanwhile,the wage of labor is also influenced by region, industry, profession, personal ability and the related quality and is not balanced. Marxism labor commodity theory is the right to guarantee the income of the labors and is the important theoretical basis for con- structing harmonious wage relation. |
