| 目前我国博客数量迅速增多、博客业迅猛发展,给互联网业带来新的发展及繁荣。但是,由于博客管理机制的缺位,使得博客的一些负面、消极效益对社会产生了不良的影响。这表明研究博客的管理机制已经成为我国互联网业可持续发展的必然要求。我国可以从法律与自律两个层次构建双层次博客管理机制。 |

| Presently,in China,the number of bloggers rapidly increases and blog industry quickly develops,which provide new development and prosperity opportunity for internet industry.However,because of the vacancy of blog management mechanism,negative and inactive words of some bloggers have negative influence on the society.This indicates that the research into blog management mechanism has become the inevitable requirement for sustainable development of China's internet industry.China should construct double-level blog management mechanism from two aspects of laws and self-restriction. |
