| 在社会转型时期,中国高校面临着腐败现象高发和多发的严重挑战。高校的腐败不仅阻碍高等教育事业的改革与发展,而且更重要的是,它通过对青年学生的直接或间接影响,危害国家和民族的未来。进入新的世纪,中国高校肩负着“科教兴国”的重大使命和责任。深入研究高校腐败现象滋生蔓延的内在机理,从根本上遏制和减少腐败行为的发生,不仅对于高校自身的改革与发展,而且对于整个社会的发展与进步都有极为重大的意义。 |

| In social transitional period,China's higher learning institutions are seriously challenged by frequent corruption.The corruption of higher learning institutions not only hampers the reform and development of higher education but also endangers the future of China and Chinese because the corruption directly and indirectly affects the youth.In the twenty-first century,China's colleges and universities hold the great mission "to use science and education to vitalize China".Deeply studying the inherent mechanism of propagating and popularizing corruption in higher learning institutions and eliminating and reducing the corruption behaviors from its root are of important significance not only to self-reform and development of higher learning institutions but also to development and progress of the whole society. |
