| At new era,in order to establish long-term mechanism to keep communist benchmark,the guideline must be Deng Xiaoping Theory and important "Three Represents" Thought,scientific development outlook must be used as leading idea to follow the inherent law of mechanism construction,long-term learning mechanism and education mechanism must be established and completed,long-term management,supervision and examination mechanism must be established and completed,and long-term communist service mechanism must be established and completed,and so on. |
