| “Innocence presumption principle”in China's academia is not the sense of the term for a long time and results in theoretical and practical chaos.In order to take measures for thorough-reform of the principle, the mask of the principle should be removed as soon as possible and the real features of the principle should be made in order to use the theory to better guide the practice. |
