| 流通业是国民经济的重要组成部分,也是第三产业的支柱产业。加强川渝黔流通产业的合作与交流,对促进区域内资源的有效利用、加快区域内物流中转速度、提升区域整体经济发展水平等方面均产生深刻影响。川渝黔在流通产业合作方面具备了资源产业互补、政府已搭台、市场需求量大等有利条件,但同时也存在合作观念滞后、基础设施差、流通企业组织化程度低、流通效率低、区域政策缺乏协调性等制约因素。应在此基础上制定川渝黔流通合作的保障措施。 |

| Circulation industry is an important component of national economy and is the pillar industry of the tertiary industry. Consolidation of cooperation and exchange of the circulation industry between Sichuan and Chongqing and Guizhou has long-term effect on promoting effective utilization of the resources in this regions accelerating logistics circulation speed in the regions pro- moting the total economic development level in the region and so on.The cooperation has the advantages such as resources indus- tries'supporting each other,governmental participation,large market demand and so on but also has restrictive factors such as backward cooperation ideas,backward infrastructure,low level organization of circulation industries,low circulation efficiency, insufficient coordination of regional policies and so on.The guarantee measures for circulation cooperation between Sichuan and Chongqing and Guizhou should he made based on this basis. |
