| 市民社会与政治国家之间总是对立统一的,两者在对立中进步,在统一中发展。但历史证明社会与国家之间也屡屡出现过不能良性发展的时期,致使国家遭遇挫折,社会蒙受灾难。现代政治文明不排斥社会与国家的对立,但更崇尚两者进行良性的和平对话。这种良性对话需要一个平台,需要一种制度,在我们中国这个制度就是人民代表大会制度。实践证明人民代表大会制度是符合我国国情的一项制度,这项制度为社会与国家的理性对话、良性对话提供了一个有效的平台,有利于政治文明的养成。但这一制度需要在实践中不断完善。 |

| Abstract: |
| The relationship between a common resident society and a political country is unity of opposites,beth of which make progress in opposites and develop in unity.However,history indicates that there are many ill-developing periods between the society and the country,which lead to the frustration of the country and catastrophe of the society.Modern political civilization does not exclude the opposites between the society and the country but prefers the peaceful dialogue between both parties.This kind of good dialogue needs a platform,needs a system and is people's representative meeting system in China.Practice reveals that people's representative meeting system is the system which accords with the situation of China,which provides an effective platform of rational dialogue and good dialogue between the society and the country and which is helpful to cultivating political civilization.However,this system needs to be completed in practice. |
